What Is The Magical Leaders Programme? Zeeko Education developed the Magical Leaders Programme under the supervision of educational specialists and teachers. It is a peer-led learning program supported by Enterprise Ireland for 5th and 6th-class students. One primary aim of this program is to teach and foster 21st-century skills among students. It centres on developing positive Attributes, Skills, and Knowledge (ASK).
How Does The Magical Leaders Programme Promote 21st-Century Skills?   Let's discuss;   #1. Uses an Engaging and Interactive Learning Approach It isn't just another classroom activity! It uses engaging and fun materials to enhance the school curriculum. It’s a blended approach that combines educational and entrepreneurial concepts to enable students to become creative and critical thinkers. #2. Develop Attributes, Skills, And Knowledge (ASK) The primary goal of the Magical Leaders Programme is the ASK model—Attributes, Skills, and Knowledge. What is ASK?
  • Attributes: Attributes refer to personal qualities or traits built into students. For example, this program can promote attributes such as facing challenges, taking over leadership, effective decision-making, and growing empathy.
  • Skills: Skills are the practical abilities students develop. This program can support students to develop a wide range of abilities, such as critical thinking, creativity, innovative thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge includes information or understanding gained through teaching. The Magical Leaders Programme helps to enhance knowledge of Entrepreneurial concepts through a comprehensive learning experience.

#3. Promoting Social Skills And Leadership One of the standout features of this program is its approach to developing social and leadership skills. We understand that transitioning to secondary school can be daunting. This program is easy to follow so that students can adapt to secondary school effectively. By focusing on developing social skills, leadership, and independent thinking, the students will know how to handle this transition smoothly. #4. Implement Cross-Curricular Integration Is the Magical Leaders Programme limited to one subject area? No, it is not. It supports cross-curricular integration. It provides the students a space to explore and dive into the following subjects almost unknowingly.
