Appyness Online compliments the SPHE (PSHE in the UK) curriculum addressing Internet safety and using a peer-to-peer/blended learning approach. It has been developed using a child-centered approach which is then tested in Irish and UK schools. The unique features of the program make it a useful tool for class exercises and homework. Therefore, parents can also be involved in Appyness Online tasks and learn about Internet safety themselves.
How do I deliver the Appyness Online program to my class?
The Appyness Online program consists of the online AO software which can be accessed on a laptop or desktop computer, printed teacher and pupil notes, and an optional digital wellbeing survey - to be completed both at the beginning and the end of the program to track pupils progress.
